What is real-time interaction management?
Real-time interaction management (RTIM) is the ability to respond to visitors with targeted experiences while they are browsing in order to improve CX and progression in the sales funnel. RTIM is made possible by technologies such as artificial intelligence that learn from how visitors are navigating, analyze and validate data in real-time and identify the next best experiences to serve. The objective of RTIM is to improve teh quality and relevance of customer experience.
